CNN White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins is facing criticism after a video was tweeted out, showing her immediately removing her face mask after White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany’s press briefing ended on Friday afternoon.
Collins, who has had plenty of run-ins with the Trump administration, often goes immediately on-air after the press briefings end and reports on what occurred. It’s possible she was leaving the room to go on-air, though she is seen in the above video immediately removing the face mask while around other correspondents.
A CNN spokesperson didn’t respond to the New York Post’s request for comment in their report.Follow @CommentaryCNN
