At 95, heiress and socialite Gloria Vanderbilt passed away. Her son, CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, delivered a heartfelt euology on-air for the network.
The New York Post’s Page Six reports that Cooper is set to receive almost her entire estate, despite Cooper always saying his mother told him she wouldn’t leave much of an inheritance for her children.
She left her “Midtown home to her eldest son Leopold Stokowski,” leaving the rest to Cooper. Her estranged middle son, Chris Stokowski, was left out of the will, Page Six notes.
The will says Leopold will get 210 shares for the late socialite fashion icon pad in a co-op at 30 Beekman Place, while “all the rest” of her property goes to Cooper.
