Former CNN International host Soni Methu has died at the age of 34. She collapsed suddenly on Thursday in Kenya and died en route to the hospital, her sister, Faith Methu, said in a statement. The cause of death remains unknown at this time. “We don’t know much but a post mortem will be done to tell exactly what happened,” Faith Methu said to CNN.
The Kenyan journalist hosted Inside Africa from July 2014 until early 2016. When the Kenyan gunman attacked a university, Methu was CNN’s reporter on scene.
“We are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of our friend and former colleague Soni Methu,” CNN said in a statement. “Our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends, from all at CNN.”

CNN anchors and interviewers are milk toast to their republican guest who repeatedly lie, twist the topic, manhandle the CCN host, and totally manipulate the conversation. It is sickening to watch. If CNN does not force them to address their lies, and untruths then CNN is just a platform for the republican right to disburse their lies, and untruths. Being diplomatic in conducting interviews is one thing, allowing your guest to completely take over your show and totally manipulate your host is another. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AT FOX!
