CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker is back in the saddle at CNN in its New York office after taking about a month and a half off to have an elective surgery. At the time, it was reported the procedure was to address a heart condition he had had for the past ten years.
TVNewser reports the CNN executive returned sometime last week.
It was reported that his surgery went “great,” and that he was avoiding the news and emails while he was recuperating.
One of his moves since his return was to appoint Jim Sciutto the new co-anchor of the 9:00am-11:00am block of CNN Newsroom.
