Former CNN executive vice president and CNN Digital general manager KC Estenson has landed a new gig after being laid off in 2014 by CNN.
Estenson will now serve as the chief executive of GoNoodle, a kids media and technology company that creates videos about being active for kids, teachers and parents, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.
He will lead the company’s day-to-day operations and “accelerate awareness within households worldwide as well as forge strategic partnerships for GoNoodle,” according to a company news release.
Prior to CNN, he worked for ABC/Disney.
“KC’s extensive experience with two of the largest and most well-known media companies will be instrumental in the development and execution of making GoNoodle a household name,” co-founder Scott McQuigg said in the news release.
