Former Al Jazeera America morning anchor Stephanie Sy has joined CNN International as a freelance anchor, based in the New York bureau. According to sources, Sy has been with the network since around November 2017.
She has been primarily filling in for Maggie Lake on CNNMoney, live from the New York Stock Exchange.
In addition to working with CNN International, she also freelances for Yahoo! News and CBSN, CBS News’ online streaming service.
