After three years as serving as one of Fox News’ top contributors, economist Stephen Moore will be making the jump to CNN, reports Business Insider; Moore said he “thought it was a good time” to change networks.
“CNN made a really good offer,” he said, according to the report. “I have nothing against Fox — I had great times at Fox. It was a hard decision.”
In explaining why he made the move, he pointed to a “great conversation with Jeff Zucker.”
As Business Insider noted, Moore currently serves as the distinguished visiting fellow at The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank based in Washington, DC, and advised President Donald Trump during the campaign.
Moore’s last day on Fox will be Tuesday.
