Menchu Macapagal steps aside from anchor duties
CNN Philippines anchor Menchu Macapagal has made the decision to step out of an anchor role with the network, instead pursuing a job as a correspondent for the local CNN network.
Macapagal had previously been anchoring Cebuano News, which airs weekdays at 1pm.
Taking over the newscast will be CNNPH reporter Jun Tariman, effective Monday.
