Mike Brooks casts shade at former employer CNN over CNBC debate

Mike Brooks, who served as a law enforcement analyst for HLN and CNN and was laid off in the fall of 2014, has been hitting hard at CNN over the past weeks on Twitter.

Before Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony, he accused CNN’s political correspondent of “making excuses for her” before the hearing, and then called the network the “Clinton News Network.”

Today, after writing that the CNBC moderators Betty Quick, John Harwood and Carl Quintanilla are “total HACKS” and that they “SUCK as moderators,” he acknowledged they were making CNN look good.

And I’m just saying, but Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper were both far better than the CNBC debate team.
