Former CNN Headline News anchor Lynne Russell has been making headlines for the past week, following the deadly Albuquerque motel shooting when a gunman attempted to rob her, which subsequently resulted in her husband, former investigative reporter Chuck de Caro, a former Green Beret, killing the man.
Since then, Russell has been doing many telephone interviews, including with CNN’s Brooke Baldwin on CNN Newsroom.
Her first primetime cable news interview, however, was tonight on Fox News’ The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly.
During the brief interview, Russell said that the Second Amendment saved her life, and that she wished the gunman weren’t dead, because she would like to kill him… again.
