The JDRF Georgia Chapter will host its signature black-tie event, the Hope for a Cure Gala, at the Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead. Chaired by dedicated donors, Jill and John Kampfe, this will be a milestone event for the Chapter as it marks the 20th anniversary of the Gala. Since its inception, the GA Chapter Gala alone has raised more than $20 million for ground-breaking research. Please join as we celebrate 20 years of progress in turning Type One into Type None.
This year, JDRF is excited to honor long-time contributors and former Gala Chairs, Laura and Rutherford Seydel, for their unwavering support of JDRF and commitment to the type 1 community. The Seydels will be the first recipients of the newly-minted Barbara and Duke Roos Living and Giving Award.
