State of the Union hasn’t had a permanent anchor since Candy Crowley left the network on December 21st. Since then, there has been a rotation of hosts, fromDana Bash, Gloria Borger, Jim Sciutto, and Michael Smerconish.
Variety reports:
CNN will eventually find a successor for its Sunday-morning political talk show “State of the Union.” Candy Crowley, who had hosted the program, stepped down last year. “There is nothing imminent,” Zucker said. “We’ll get to it soon but don’t feel any pressure to do so.”
Allow me to add some pressure, Zucker. Name an anchor.
